Helping Children Work (HCW) was founded in 1999 as a not-for-profit 501 © (3) community based organization on the island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. HCW is dedicated to helping youths and adults improve their scholastic performance. Our flexible methodologies are customized for each student, including intensive remedial work, special learning techniques, and strategies for building confidence.
