The upcoming annual summer program is a 4 week program where youths ages 10 through 17 enhance their reading and writing skills while exploring their beautiful island paradise of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands by foot, jeep and boat. We invite you to join us in the fun!!
Registration for the 3rd Annual HCW 21st CCLC Non School Hour Program. The 21st Century Community Learning Center program will operate from September 12th, 2016 thru June 23rd, 2017. The program offers youths in 7th, 8th and 9th grades the opportunity to participate in a non traditional after school program.
